Longer held postures that build strength and focus on alignment.

Iyengar
Sequencing to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration, and body alignment. Props, such as blankets, blocks, and straps, are used as neeeded to facilitate learning.

Jivamukti
Rigorous Vinyasa Flow

Restorative
Gentle supported Postures designed to rejuvenate and release tension

Vinyasa
Continuous flow of yoga postures linked together by breath

Yin Yang Yoga
Passive postures held for 3 -5 minutes combined with active asanas.

Yoga Basics
Foundational Yoga postures for beginners

Yoga Core
Strengthening abdominal sequence combined with variation of yoga postures
